Discover, learn and book

Your World, Your Way

Everyone discovers travel differently. Some of my clients love to browse and dream on their own; others would rather I handle everything from the first idea to the final detail. This page is for the explorers.

Here are some of my favorite travel partners, along with my own special links where you can discover, learn and even book if you'd like. Each one is a company I know and trust. And whenever you'd like help, I'm here, because my goal is always the greatest Return on Enjoyment from every journey.

If something catches your eye, let me know before you book, so I can add my benefits and take care of the details for you.

Luxury Ocean Cruises

Silversea

Silversea is one of those tried, trusted and true cruise lines. My clients love it so much that they often book their next voyage while they're still on the last days of this one, and I think that says a lot. Its intimate ships reach iconic cities and remote corners alike, from the glaciers of Antarctica to the Galápagos, with personalized service and wonderful food. Best for adults and families with older children.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Regent is a wonderful choice for first-time cruisers who want to avoid all the cruise stereotypes, and a long-time favorite with seasoned ones. The ships are elegant and intimate, the suites do not disappoint, with champagne waiting when you board, and the food is truly something to look forward to. Add top-notch entertainment, a lovely spa and a warm, gracious crew, and it's luxury cruising at its best. Dress is country club casual.

Crystal

For travelers who truly love luxury cruising. Crystal is now owned by Abercrombie & Kent, so you know there is a wonderful, well-organized company behind it. Its two beautifully refurbished ships have larger suites, almost one crew member for every guest, and dining you won't find anywhere else at sea, including Nobu's Umi Uma. It's the new Crystal, and it's a wonderful product.

Oceania Cruises

For travelers who love great food and seeing the world at a relaxed pace. Oceania's small ships are known for some of the finest cuisine at sea and the largest standard staterooms, with relaxed but refined dining and itineraries to more than 600 ports worldwide, many with overnight stays so you have time to really explore. Oceania is adults only, and a favorite with active, curious travelers.

Explora Journeys

Explora Journeys is the luxury ocean line from the MSC Group, designed to feel more like a private European residence at sea than a cruise ship. Every suite faces the ocean, the pace is relaxed and unhurried, and there's a real focus on wellness, beautiful design and exceptional food.

Expedition & Small-Ship Cruises

National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions

For curious travelers who want to see the world up close, with expert naturalists, photographers and guides. Lindblad's small expedition ships reach all seven continents, from Antarctica and the Galápagos to Alaska and the Arctic, with the depth and storytelling of National Geographic.

Atlas Ocean Voyages

Atlas Ocean Voyages brings you to remarkable places on small, yacht-style expedition ships, with nearly one crew member for every guest. In Antarctica, scientists sail with you. Their Epicurean Expeditions bring food and wine experts on board for talks, cook-offs and tastings, and their Cultural Expeditions sail with retired diplomats and museum curators. It's adventure with real depth and wonderful company.

Windstar Cruises

Windstar is wonderful for people who aren't sure they're quite cruisers. Its small ships carry just a few hundred guests or fewer, several of them under real sails, and there's a huge sense of camaraderie on board. They simply do it beautifully.

Azamara

Azamara is all about the destination. Its small ships stay longer in port, with more late nights and overnight stays, so you can enjoy a city after dark, linger over dinner ashore and really get to know a place rather than just seeing it.

UnCruise Adventures

UnCruise is for active travelers who'd rather kayak, hike and snorkel than sit by a pool. Its small boats get you close to wildlife and wild places, from the Alaskan coast to Hawaii and the Galápagos, with a relaxed, friendly feel and no crowds.

River Cruises

Riverside Cruises

Riverside does an absolutely wonderful job of river cruising. It took over the former Crystal river ships, kept many of the crew and developed them even further, so you get a wonderful, reliable product with a real emphasis on food, gracious living and the whole experience. It's especially great for solo travelers: book early enough and there are cabins set aside for solo guests, with much of the single supplement waived.

Riviera Travel

For more than 40 years, Riviera Travel has been creating elegant river cruises along Europe's most beautiful waterways, from the Danube and the Rhine to the Douro and the Seine. It's known for outstanding cruise directors and local guides, and it's a wonderful choice for solo travelers, with more solo departures than any other river line, including a ship just for solo guests.

Viking

Viking is a wonderful choice for curious travelers who want culture and comfort without the glitz. There are no casinos, the ships are calm and elegant, and you can combine river and ocean voyages on one trip, which works especially beautifully in Portugal.

Luxury Yachts

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

The Ritz-Carlton has brought a century of legendary hospitality to the sea. Its small luxury yachts are a firm favorite with Time & Tide and Departure Lounge, and my clients are absolutely adoring their time on board.

Private Jet Journeys

TCS World Travel

TCS World Travel creates extraordinary journeys by private jet, and they are absolutely fabulous. If you have the time to really explore and want a superlative experience, I can think of nothing better. Every detail is taken care of at an incredible level, from visas to private visits at places like Petra and Angkor Wat. And you will meet lifelong friends on these journeys, like-minded travelers and adventurers.

Small-Group & Tailor-Made Journeys

Tauck

Tauck has been perfecting guided travel for a century. It partners with hotels like Four Seasons and Fairmont, takes you into famous places after hours when the crowds have gone, and has worked in America's national parks for so long that it gets the first pick of the best lodges and experiences. Everything is beautifully organized, so all you have to do is enjoy.

Roam by Tauck

Tauck's new collection for travelers in their 40s and 50s who love the ease of a guided trip but not a packed schedule. Groups average just 16 guests, you stay three or four nights in each place, and about half of every journey is left open for you, by land, river or small ship. You get Tauck's century of know-how and special access, with time to explore, indulge and recharge your way.

Big Five Tours & Expeditions

Big Five creates private, tailor-made journeys across Africa, Asia, Latin America and beyond, with expert guides and a long-standing commitment to responsible travel. A wonderful partner when you want a trip designed entirely around you.

Family & Multigenerational Cruising

Norwegian Cruise Line

Norwegian is a wonderful choice for families and multigenerational trips. Book The Haven, Norwegian's private ship-within-a-ship, and you get a quiet, luxurious enclave with its own lounge, restaurant and butler service, while the kids enjoy everything the big ship has to offer. Many of my grandparent clients from Oceania and Regent do exactly this with their grandchildren.

Africa & Safari

andBeyond

andBeyond is one of the great names in safari, with beautiful lodges and expert guides across Africa and beyond, and a deep commitment to conservation and local communities. For a safari that is luxurious, meaningful and unforgettable.

Private Villas

Villas of Distinction

I love Villas of Distinction, and so do my clients. Corey, Steve and their team are family, and they treat my clients and me like we're part of theirs. They approach everything with a joy that becomes infectious, and they take care of every detail so that when you arrive, you feel like you're coming home. Be a guest on your own vacation.

So get out there. Get moving, get seeing, get doing and get discovering. The world is waiting.
