2. Planning & Booking

Once you approve the plan, I book every hotel, flight, guide and transfer, secure your Virtuoso benefits and refine each detail with you until it feels exactly right.

3. Travel & Return

You travel with my contact details and those of trusted partners on the ground. When you return, I would love to hear all about it, and we can begin dreaming about the next journey.

Changes after booking are $50 each, plus any supplier fees.
  • 02Itinerary Consultation$100 per hourTwo-hour minimumFor travelers who love to plan their own trips. We review your itinerary together, I share what I know firsthand, and you can book through me to receive my preferred benefits.
  • 03Book It YourselfComplimentaryEnjoy my preferred benefitsBook hotels on my private portal with my preferred rates built in, or let me reserve a cruise-only or hotel-only booking for you, with no planning fee. A small fee applies if you would like me to add flights or extra hotel stays.

The Virtuoso amenities my clients receive, such as daily breakfast for two, a hotel credit and an upgrade when available, are often worth more than my planning fee.

A Private Booking Portal for Clients

For a quick getaway, or when you simply need a hotel or a rental car, my clients can book on their own through Time & Tide Travel's private portal, with my preferred rates and benefits built in.

At participating luxury hotels, that can mean daily breakfast, a property credit, VIP recognition and an upgrade when available. My rates are often the same as, or lower than, what you will find online, and I am always here for advice.

Email or text me at +1 646 250 1981 for my private access code, then book at timeandtide.travelwits.com.

Once you have booked, send me your confirmation so I can make sure the hotel welcomes you as a VIP.

Search, Book and Let Me Know

Enter your destination and dates to see participating hotels and rental cars, with your client benefits shown alongside each rate. My rates are often the same as, or lower than, what you will find online. Once you have booked, email me your confirmation and I will let the hotel know you are my client, so your benefits and VIP recognition are in place before you arrive.
