At Time & Tide Travel, I design fully customized trips rather than pre-packaged tours. That can include flights, hotels and villas, private and small-group touring, drivers and transfers, cruises, rail journeys, and one-of-a-kind experiences you won’t find in a booking engine. I work with everyone from couples and families to multigenerational groups, always tailoring the itinerary, pace, and style of travel to you—plus securing VIP perks and amenities whenever possible

Once we’ve confirmed that we’re a good fit and discussed the scope of your trip, you’ll pay a trip design fee and I’ll begin crafting a custom proposal for your journey. From there, we’ll refine the details together, and I’ll handle all the bookings, confirmations, and behind-the-scenes logistics so you can simply enjoy the experience.
Yes— I strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. I work with trusted insurance partners and can provide quotes and plan options that align with your itinerary and comfort level. While I’m not an insurance company and can’t give legal or medical advice, I can absolutely help you understand the choices so you can select the coverage that feels right for you.If you choose not to take travel insurance we will ask you to sign a waiver.
Absolutely! Many of my clients have specific needs—dietary restrictions, mobility considerations, religious observances, or special celebrations—and I build those into the planning from day one. I’ll communicate your preferences to hotels, airlines, and on-the-ground partners and do everything possible to ensure you feel comfortable, cared for, and well looked after throughout your trip.
For most trips, payments are made by secure credit card link through my host agency, Departure Lounge. I accept all major credit cards, and for some larger itineraries we can also arrange payment by bank transfer.
Your payment schedule and options will be clearly outlined in your proposal and invoice before anything is charged, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect.
